Gura Gear allows you to make your purchases using any of the payment methods described below. Please read our payment method policy carefully before you place your order.
Gura Gear prefers payments by Visa or MasterCard, but we accept American Express, and PayPal too.
Debit cards and check cards may have daily spending limits that could delay the processing of your order substantially.
Gura Gear requires the credit, debit, or check card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase to protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons. The security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the back of your card (if Visa or MasterCard) or on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express).
In addition to the price of your purchases, Gura Gear will charge you sales tax based on your shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed. Gura Gear does business in the states of Utah, Texas, and New York and will collect sales taxes for all purchases originating in those states.
If you place your order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please call Gura Gear at +1 (801) 823-2809. Be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. Gura Gear does not accept federal tax exemption certificates.

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Gura Gear does not begin payment processing until Gura Gear receives all the information that it needs and full payment.
Gura Gear will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Gura Gear ships all products from the United States unless otherwise noted.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from guragear.com for any reason, just contact us within the first 15 days after receiving your product and we'll issue a full refund.
Simply log in to our site with your username and password, click on 'My Account', then 'Completed Orders'. Locate the order for the item you wish to return and click on the 'Return Item(s)' button. Please fill out the RMA form and a Gura Gear representative will make a determination for the best solution. You may also call +1 (801) 823-2809 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 15 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Gura Gear will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You must return the product to the Gura Gear warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.
NOTE: Gura Gear recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Gura Gear or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping for all returns.
Our products are covered by a 5 year warranty. What does our warranty cover?
If there is a manufacture defect within five years of the purchase date, we will fix it or replace it. Period.
What's not covered? Normal wear and tear. Let's face it, we're not making products to sit on a shelf looking pretty; though they do look pretty. Our products were designed to see the world. They are made of the finest materials, but they are not indestructible. Nothing is. Basic wear and tear comes with the territory, and at some point you may need to replace your bag. If that's the case, that means you and your equipment got to experience the real world. Kudos to you. We'll gladly help match you up with a bag for the next adventure, or recommend a great shop to make your old one look like new.
(a) Gura Gear shall not accept any liability to the Customer for loss or damage to photographic, laptop, electronic or other equipment stored in a Gura Gear product.
(b) In the event of damage to or failure of a Gura Gear product, the Customer should return the product to Gura Gear at the Customer’s expense. If Gura Gear, solely in its assessment, assesses damage to be the result of a defective product, Gura Gear will repair the product and return to the customer at Gura Gear’s expense. In the event the damage is assessed to be the result of normal wear and tear, willful destruction or for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, including, but not limited to damage caused by airlines or any other carrier, Gura Gear will attempt to repair the product for a modest cost and return shipping will be paid by the Customer.
(c) For the avoidance of doubt, in no event, shall Gura Gear’s liability ever be greater than the purchase price of the product in dispute.
(d) By purchasing a Gura Gear product you have accepted these terms and limitations.
